Acrylic dust bag
The chemical name of acrylic dust bag is homopolyacrylonitrile. It is used as raw material to make felt through needle punching method, and then undergoes special water-repellent treatment to obtain acrylic medium temperature hydrolysis resistant needle punched filter felt.

The air permeability of the product is 14m3/m2·min, the instant working temperature is 160℃, and the normal working temperature is 140℃. The needle-punched felt uses acrylic woven fabric as the base fabric to enhance the vertical and horizontal strength. The product has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance and is widely used. Suitable for dust collection industries such as waste incineration, asphalt, spray dryers, coal mills, power plants and other flue gases.

1. Continuous working temperature is 130 degrees, and does not exceed 140 degrees in an instant;
2. Good acid and alkali resistance, [1] pH value between 3-11;
3. When the relative humidity is less than 30%, pay attention to oxidation.
4. High mechanical strength, with breaking strength generally above 3000N;
5. The elongation is low. The elongation at break of basalt fiber itself is only 3%, so the size of the filter bag made of it is stable;
6. The fabric has high porosity, smooth surface, good air permeability, and no-load pressure loss of only 2Pa;
