Analysis of the causes of bag falling during use of dust collector
It is caused by the following two reasons:
- Flower plate hole of bag dust collector. The flower plate holes of the bag dust collector are stamped, using die stamping. The large bag dust collector flower plates are made with high precision by CNC equipment, but some manufacturers use manual cutting of holes in production, which is inconsistent with the equipment. Compared with the precision, which is far from enough, the irregularity of the hole circle causes the expansion ring of the dust bag to not be fully opened or to be opened excessively, which is the main reason for the dust bag to fall.
2.The dust bag expansion ring is of the wrong size. This rarely happens and the probability is generally very small.
