Common faults and troubleshooting methods of bag dust collector

Air duct Look for corrosion, holes or any external damage. Check for loose bolts, welding cracks and dust accumulation in any part (mainly flat pipes and variable diameter pipes)
Solenoid/pulse valve Check for correct operation: listen for the sound of compressed air blowing.
Pressure reducing valve Is there an air leak? Pay attention to the debris inside the pressure reducing valve
Fan Make sure the fan is installed securely and levelly, and add oil regularly. Note that dust easily accumulates on the blades.
Air compression system Check whether the compressor is filled with lubricating oil correctly. Check for cracks in the air bag and pipes; note the pressure indication on the pressure regulator (if installed). Check whether the air compressor and air bag are draining water.
Access door All access doors should be tightly sealed. Check for loose, cracked or worn seals. Replace as needed.
Import/Deflector Check for excessive wear or corrosion.
Air volume regulating valve and poppet valve Check that the oiler (if required) is operating properly.
