Basic structural components of bag dust collector
The structure of the bag dust collector mainly includes a box (clean air chamber, bag chamber), ash hopper, legs (columns), stairs (ladders), railings, platforms, filter bag frames, filter bags, lift valves, switching valves, etc.; And dust cleaning air system (or mechanism), dust cleaning controller, ash discharge and ash discharge device.
1. Clean air room
The clean air chamber is mainly used to fix the bag cage, filter bag and air path components, and is made into a fully sealed form. When cleaning dust, the compressed air first enters the clean air chamber and then rushes into the inside of each filter bag. There is an access door on the top for installing and changing bag cages and filter bags. The clean air chamber is divided into several chambers, which are separated from each other by internal walls. Each chamber is equipped with a poppet valve to switch the filtered air flow. The strength of the clean air chamber should be able to withstand the system pressure.
2. Bag room
The bag room is located at the lower part of the clean air chamber and is mainly composed of flower panels, partition walls and filter bags. The thickness of the flower board is generally not less than 5mm and after strengthening, it should be able to withstand the system pressure and the load of the filter bag after dust accumulation. The important function of the bag room is to accommodate the filter bag and form a filtering space where the flue gas is purified.
3. Ash bucket
The ash hopper is located at the lower part of the bag chamber, and its strength should be able to withstand the pressure of the system and the gravity of the accumulated ash. The ash hopper is divided into two types: trough type and four-diamond type. In addition to accumulating dust, the ash hopper is also used as the lower air intake main pipe due to its large internal space.
4. Backflush (suction) system
The backflush (suction) air system includes a backflush (suction) fan, a backflush (suction) air duct, a cylinder, a solenoid valve, a pressure measuring device, a valve plate and a compressed air pipeline, etc.
5. Filter bag frame
The filter bag frame is one of the important components of the bag dust collector. The filter bag frame of the pulse bag dust collector is also called the bag cage or skeleton; the inner filter back-blowing bag dust collector is equipped with a deflated ring. The function of the filter bag frame is to support the filter bag so that it can be tensioned and maintain its shape during filtration and dust cleaning to minimize folding damage.
6. Compressed air pipeline system
The compressed air pipeline system includes air treatment equipment (i.e. air source triplet: lubricator, water filter, pressure regulating valve), solenoid control valve, cylinder (control poppet valve), etc.
