The difference between filter material and principle

1. The filter material of the filter cartridge is made of hard filter material, which is folded and arranged into a cylinder, without skeleton, short, and large space in the cylinder.

2. The filter bag is made of soft needle-punched felt filter material and sewn into the filter bag, which can be used only when it is inserted into the skeleton welded by steel bars.

3. Filtration principle: The dust in contact with the filter cartridge does not penetrate deep into the filter material. The dust in contact with the filter bag penetrates deep into the filter material, and the dust layer is established on the outer surface of the filter material to maintain the dust removal efficiency.

Main performance comparison

The filter material of the filter cartridge has anti-condensation, good air permeability, and it is not easy for ultrafine powder and fibrous dust to pass through. The surface of the filter material of the filter bag is rough, easy to stick dust, ultrafine powder, fibrous dust is not easy to pass, suitable for high dust concentration conditions. Cartridges are not suitable for high concentration conditions.

5) Good at capturing a large amount of dust, good at processing and recycling.

6) It is safer to handle dusty gas with explosion hazard or spark.
