Correct do of dust collector installation

Correct do of dust collector installation

Precautions for daily operation of pulse dust collector

(1) When the dust collector installation is working normally, the ash discharge cannot be stopped. Avoid dust accumulation in the hopper and force the dust collector to stop. Smoke and ash from the exhaust port indicate that the filter bag has been leaked. If any filter bag mouth is found to have dust deposits, it means that the filter bag has been damaged.

(2) For timing pulse cleaning, the falling ash should be observed regularly to determine whether it is necessary to adjust the blowing interval and pressure. Use constant resistance to clean the dust, and the working condition of the pressure switch should be checked regularly.

(3) To operate the air box pulse dust collector, the maintenance personnel should be familiar with the principle, performance and use conditions of the dust collector, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods. The staff on duty should record the operation of the shift and related data.

(4) The electromagnetic pulse valve is faulty and needs to be replaced as soon as possible, and cannot be operated with faults.

(5) All mechanical moving parts should be oiled and changed according to regulations.

(6) The air storage tank on the pulse dust collector and the oil-water separator in the air source triplet should be discharged once every shift. The oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3 to 6 months. The oil mist device should be checked frequently for oil storage and refueled in time.

How to install the pulse dust collector?

1. Before installation, check whether all supporting parts are complete and in good condition. If there is any problem, install it after solving it.

2. When the dust collector is installed outdoors, the pneumatic parts, electromagnetic pulse valve, and control box need to be equipped with a canopy or cover.

3. Check whether the fan is running normally and whether there is any abnormal noise. When debugging, firstly jog the fan, observe the rotation of the fan, and ensure that the fan can operate normally before putting it into use.

4. The pulse blowing controller sends an instruction to open the electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence, and observe whether the cleaning action is correct.

5. The equipment should be grounded reliably.

6. The equipment should be placed on a flat and firm foundation.

7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be reliably fixed and sealed.

8. When installing the water separation filter pressure reducing valve, the arrow direction of the pressure reducing valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the compressed air, and the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa.

9. The installation and debugging of the electrical control system requires professional electrical engineers.
