1. Realized the integration of desulfurization and dust removal, denitrification and dust removal. The denitrification efficiency is more than 90%, and the dust removal efficiency is 99%, saving equipment and investment;
2. Ceramic filter tubes have a long service life, averaging more than 5-8 years. Traditional cloth bags can be used for about 1.5 years in dust removal in the glass industry;
3. The overall operation of the equipment consumes low energy. After high-temperature ceramic fiber filter tube denitrification and dust removal, the nitrogen oxides and particulate matter in the flue gas are nearly purified, and the frequency and amount of high-pressure air backflush ash are greatly reduced, saving operation and energy costs;
4. The entire system adopts a pure dry flue gas purification process, and the intersecting wet desulfurization has no smoke tail, no need for dewhitening, no desulfurization wastewater, and no secondary pollution.
5. More importantly, the by-products after denitrification and dust removal in this project can be directly reused as ingredients for glass production, truly realizing the transformation of waste into treasure with zero emissions and realizing green production through material recycling.
