INTRODUCTION

Cement mill production process and pollution sources   With the use of high-efficiency powder separators, the dust concentration from cement mills sometimes exceeds 1000g/m3 (standard state). The design of the type dust removal equipment and system must be able to achieve first-level dust removal, directly treat high-concentration dust-containing waste gas and discharge it up to the standard.

The new dry-process cement production lines basically use O-sepa or similar high-efficiency powder separators. It has the following characteristics: high dust concentration in the exhaust gas, up to 900-1300g/m3 (standard state); fine dust, the specific surface area is generally 280-650m2/kg; large air volume, because it completely relies on airflow for powder selection.

Operation

Cement Mill Dust Removal System The cement mill dust removal system has a short process and adopts a first-level fan. All powder products are recovered by a first-level dust collector, and a high-concentration pulse bag filter is used.

The air box pulse explosion-proof bag filter is composed of a box body, a bag room, an air inlet and outlet, an air circuit system, and a cleaning controller.

The dust accumulated on the outside of the filter bag gradually increases in the continuous filtration, thereby gradually increasing the operating resistance of the dust collector. When the filtration reaches the preset time or the resistance increases to the preset value, the signal will be sent from the cleaning controller. First, the poppet valve is controlled, the valve plate hole is closed, the filter smoke is cut off, and the filtration process is terminated. Then open the solenoid valve, and spray compressed air with a pressure of 0.5-0.7Mpa into the box within the shortest possible time (0.1-0.15s), and the rapidly expanding compressed air in the box will pour into the filter bag. Propel the filter bag to deform and vibrate. With the combined action of the reverse airflow, the dust outside the bag chamber can be removed and it falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the poppet valve is opened again, and the dust collector will enter the filtering state again. . PLC automatically controls the cleaning action.
