INTRODUCTION
The environmental dust removal of the CDQ dust collector is divided into the following two parts:
1. A device for dedusting and purifying the coke dust in the CDQ furnace carried by the inert circulating gas in front of the CDQ circulating fan, referred to as primary dedusting.
2. It refers to the dust-laden flue gas discharged from the upper end of the furnace, the coke discharge port and the pressure relief pipe during the process of coke loading and discharging into the CDQ furnace, as well as the dust emitted during the coke transfer and screening process, such as discharge to The air will pollute the environment, so it is necessary to dedust and purify these dust-laden flue gas, which is referred to as environmental dedusting.
Main features:
1. The dust removal fan is equipped with a speed-regulating coupling.
When the coke is loaded on the top of the CDQ furnace, the fan runs at high speed. When the coke is not loaded on the top of the furnace, the fan runs according to the required air volume. This technology saves electricity.
2. Tube cooler for CDQ dust removal system.
The main function is to reduce the temperature of the high temperature flue gas on the top of the furnace, and also to remove large particle dust, reduce the dust concentration, and reduce the burden of the bag filter.
3. Pre-dust collector of CDQ dust removal system
The main function is to remove coke removal, transfer, coke screening and other parts with high concentration of dust, and pass through the pre-dust collector to remove large particles, reduce the dust concentration, and lighten the burden on the dust collector.
4. In the CDQ dust removal system, the dust removal equipment adopts a new type of high-efficiency off-line pulse bag filter, which has high dust removal efficiency and the discharge outlet concentration meets the national emission standard. The dust collected by the dust collector enters the dust bin through the scraper and bucket elevator, and is transported out after being humidified by the dust humidifier.
5. The CDQ dust treatment technology has the characteristics of flexibility. According to the different performance and design requirements of different CDQ dust treatment technologies, the type and formula of materials can be reasonably selected; it has universal adaptability.
