INTRODUCTION

The working principle of the sandblasting system is as follows:

The sand is stored in the sandblasting tank. When the sandblasting operation is performed, the combined valve on the sandblasting tank acts to lift the sand-sealing support on the sandblasting tank and pressurize the sandblasting tank.

At the same time, the sand valve under the sandblasting tank is opened, and the booster valve is opened; in this way, since the sandblasting tank has been pressurized, the sand is forcibly pressed out from the sand inlet of the sand valve to the sand outlet. Push the air flow to accelerate the sand material at the sand outlet of the sand valve; the accelerated air flow of the sand material flows through the sandblasting pipe to the high-speed sandblasting gun, and in the high-speed sandblasting gun, the sand material is further accelerated (the booster air flow accelerates to Supersonic speed), and then the accelerated sand is sprayed to the surface of the workpiece to be processed at a high speed to achieve the purpose of surface cleaning and strengthening of the sandblasting operation.

The working principle of the sand recovery, separation, and dust collection system

When the workpiece is sandblasted, the sand, part of the dust, cleaning materials, etc. enter the abrasive separation system through the honeycomb sand suction floor, and then pass through the sand cyclone to separate the abrasive and the abrasive.

The dust and dirt are separated, and the useful sand material enters the sand storage tank at the bottom of the sand separator and continues to be recycled. Store in a dust container for regular cleaning.

As the dust extraction fan extracts the gas and dust in the sandblasting room, the airflow outside the sandblasting room enters the sandblasting room through the coarse filter on the top of the sandblasting room, and then passes through the top of the sandblasting room.

The uniform flow plate enters the sandblasting studio in the sandblasting room, and a top-down airflow is formed on the cross section of the sandblasting room. The pipeline enters the dust removal system, and after being filtered by the dust removal system, the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the dust and dirt are stored in the dust tube for regular cleaning.
