Sintering machine dust collection

INTRODUCTION

The dust removal system at the tail of the sintering machine includes 40 dust collection points including the head and tail of the sintering machine and the feeding and discharging points of the ring cooler. The dust-laden gas enters the electrostatic precipitator at the tail of the machine for purification through the dust-removing air duct through the dust-collecting hood set on each dust-collecting point. The purified gas is discharged to the atmosphere through a double suction fan, a muffler, and finally a steel chimney. The dust collected by this equipment is sent to the dust tank by the chain conveyor and the bucket elevator. There are two directions of the dust: ① After being humidified by the humidifier, it falls on the dust belt conveyor and is sent to and from the mining system for reuse; ② It is transported by the tanker to the small pellet system for pelletizing and then reused.

Operation

For environmental dust removal, 7 sets of high-efficiency and wide-spaced four-electric field electrostatic precipitators and one bag filter are installed, including 2 sets of 60m2 batching electrostatic precipitators, 2 sets of 180m2 tail electrostatic precipitators, 2 sets of 70m2 whole-grain electrostatic precipitators, and 1 set of 90m2 electrostatic precipitators.

For the finished electrostatic precipitator, ensure that the dust content of the flue gas at the outlet of the electrostatic precipitator is less than 50mg/m3, and the dust content of the bag filter outlet is less than 30mg/m3. The dust removal system adopts the advanced dust removal pipeline resistance balancer, the upper part of the mine trough adopts the dust removal air volume switching device of the mobile unloading truck, and the wear-resistant parts in the dust removal pipeline system adopt wear-resistant technology.

Grinding measures to prolong the service life of the dust removal pipe and reduce the maintenance workload of the dust removal pipe. The operation of the dust removal system is controlled automatically through the PLC system.

Setting

The sintering machine, ring cooler, single-roller crusher, mixer, oval and other thick vibrating screen and other equipment adopt advanced technology, and set up a centralized intelligent lubrication system. The main drive device of the sintering machine adopts a multi-flex transmission, the head and tail star wheels adopt a new type of tooth plate tooth shape, the trolley body and the baffle plate are made of ductile iron, the grate and heat insulation are made of high-chromium cast iron, and the bellows butterfly valve is set to automatically adjust Type and opening and closing type, the head star wheel adopts imported bearings. The ring cooler adopts double drive device and friction wheel transmission, the trolley seal adopts two cone seals, and 5 cooling fans are set.
