In the dust collector, the steel plate that hangs the filter bag is called a porous plate (ceiling plate). The diameter of each well of the porous plate is the same. The material is divided into Q235 low carbon steel, 304L, 316L stainless steel and so on.

 

When designing the ceiling plate, the main consideration is the distance between the filter bags, which is related to the bag diameter, bag length, dust properties, filtration speed and other factors. If the holes are too close together, the bottom of the filter bag will collide with each other and wear out. After several months of operation, the bottom of some filter bags will break open.

 

When determining the holes spacing, it should be at least greater than 2/5 of the diameter of the filter bag (and not less than 40mm).

The uniform arrangement of each hole is suitable for small and medium pulse dust collectors.

Each hole is arranged according to the density, and it is suitable for large and medium-sized pulse dust collectors.

   

(1) The ceiling plate should not only bear the negative pressure of the system, but also bear the weight of the filter bag, dust layer and bag cage. If the flower plate is deformed, it will affect the sealing effect at the mouth of the filter bag. The lower part of the flower plate must be strengthened during design. deal with.

(2) The dust collector filter bag plate should be smooth and smooth, and there should be no defects such as deflection, unevenness, and the flatness deviation should not be greater than 2/1000 of the length of the ceiling plate. The diameter tolerance of the plate hole is ±0.3mm. The deviation between the actual installation position and the design should be less than 1.5mm.
