For the star unloader, it is divided into two categories: A and B. Category A has a square inlet shape. If the inlet side length is 300mm, then its specification is 300*300mm; type B has a round inlet. If the diameter of the unloader is 300mm, then its specification is φ300mm. From the appearance point of view, the two categories only differ in the appearance of the entrance. There is no difference during use. The star unloader is called an electric ash unloading valve, impeller feeder, air shutoff device, unloader, etc. It consists of a motor, a tooth-difference planetary reducer (X) or a pinwheel cycloid (Z) and a rotating The dragon type unloader consists of three parts.
The star unloader can be regarded as a special unloading device. It has strong sealing performance and plays an important role in the process of transporting dust. Combined with the characteristics of the unloader, we can conduct in-depth research on it to facilitate later maintenance and help the unloader play its role.

1. When the star unloader is transporting materials, no matter whether the medium belongs to the pressure output or negative pressure output system, it can normally complete the uniform discharge, and can continuously provide materials to the input pipe. Gases or solids are relatively stable, and pneumatic transportation can also be completed normally. At the same time, the star unloader can also isolate the input and output of the upper and lower parts to achieve the effect of blocking the gas. For this reason, the star unloader is an important component of the pneumatic conveying system.

2. The material falls from the silo into the star-shaped unloader blades by gravity. With the operation of the unloader, the material can be discharged from the lower part. For this reason, the unloader can bear continuous discharge. Task.

3. The star unloader can be used as a temporary small silo during the collection of materials. At present, this kind of unloader is more common in dust collector systems. It is suitable for the use of dust and small particle materials. It is a selective unloading device for environmental protection, food, cement, metallurgy, chemical and other industries.

4. The normal temperature type unloader can withstand material transportation below 80°C. For higher materials, a high temperature resistant type unloader needs to be used. Generally, the maximum temperature can be up to 280°C. There will be a gap between the bearings and the impeller at both ends of the unloader to prevent direct contact between ultra-fine powder and the bearings. If the temperature of the transported material reaches above 500°C, it is recommended to use sprocket connection, which will play a more important role in protecting the shell of the reducer and unloader and improve safety precautions.
