Explosion proof - The Explosion conditions

Some ultra-fine dust has explosion risk, and the bag filter can be designed for explosion-proof. The conditions for explosion are: (1) there is an ignition source; (2) combustible fine dust; (3) the concentration of dusty gas exceeds 20-60g / m3. The explosion will occur only if the three conditions are met at the same time.

Explosion proof measure 1-4

(1) The conductive filter material is used, and the body of the equipment is grounded, so that the dust is not easy to generate static sparks (stripping the ignition source).

(2) The ash hopper slip angle is greater than 70 degrees, set up a vibration device, consider anti-condensation, and monitor the condensation and blockage to ensure that the dust is discharged at any time, and minimize the dust concentration per unit volume (to minimize the dust-containing gas concentration)

(3 ) The pulse blowing gas uses inert gas such as nitrogen to prevent oxygen from mixing as much as possible.

(4) Install an explosion-proof plate or explosion-proof valve. Once an explosion is about to occur, high pressure will be generated in the equipment body instantly, and the installed explosion-proof device will instantly open under pressure to prevent the explosion.

(5) Set temperature sensor and CO gas sensor. When the temperature rises sharply or the CO concentration rises sharply, open the safety valve or other emergency avoidance measures in time.

(6) Set up spark sensors and fire sprinkler system to extinguish the sparks in the system urgently.

(7) The electrical components on the equipment and surrounding supporting equipment must be explosion-proof parts, because the explosive superfine dust discharged from the equipment is easily attached to the electrical components of the equipment due to the discharge operation. It is also very easy for ordinary electrical components to have sparks. explosion occurs.

Dust concentration <3mg/m3 output
