APPLICATION

Grinding equipment dust collection

The chamber type dust collector can be suitable for large dust content.

For example: dust collection at the outlet of various grinding equipment. The pulverized materials are recovered by dust collector and transported into the silo.

Combustible and explosive dusty gas

Suitable for high temperature, easily combustible and explosive dusty gas. The chamber type dust collector can prevent the burning dust from directly contacting the filter bag surface. Avoid burning and explosion to the greatest extent possible.

CUSTOMERS

The rock wool production line needs dust removal, the Europe customers came to our factory to discuss the construction details of dust collector. When guests participate in the exhibition, our employees go to discuss in order to reach further cooperation.

STRUCTURE

(1) Shell part: including clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, compartment partition, access door and shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve, a flower plate, and a short blowing pipe: a filter bag and its skeleton are installed in the filter room.

(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: The ash unloading hopper can be equipped with screw conveyor, air conveying chute and rigid impeller discharger (ash unloading valve) according to different series and different imported dust concentrations.

(3) Air inlet and outlet box body: including air inlet and outlet pipes and central partition. The single-row (or single-row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double-row (or double-row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: 32 series are smaller without a box, and the air inlet and outlet pipes are respectively connected to the ash hopper and the clean room .

(4) Pulse dust removal device: including pulse valve, air bag, lift valve cylinder and solenoid valve, etc.

(5) Compressed air pipeline and pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist device, etc.

(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders, railings.
