APPLICATION

Unloaders are generally used at the bottom of the dust hopper of the dust collector. The material in the dust hopper of the dust collector falls by its own weight, fills the gap between the blades of the unloader, and is discharged at the lower part with the rotation of the blade.

SEALING

The high-pressure gas can be used to seal the central shaft of the unloader to ensure that the ultra-fine powder will not be precipitated from the gap between the equipment and the central shaft.

The concentricity of the production bearing is very high, and there will be no noise. If it is a low-quality product, you can hear a harsh running sound as soon as it is turned on (it can be used, but it is easy to break for a long time)

    PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

    1. Before using the unloader, check the amount of lubricating oil and the type of oil in the reducer, replace the new oil after running for one month, and change the oil every year thereafter.
    2. The transmission and bearing parts should be supplemented or replaced with grease. If the ambient temperature is high, humid or there is too much dust in the air, the time for oil change and supplementary grease should be shortened appropriately.

    3. Connect the air source interface, and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign objects, and ensure that the interface is clean and unobstructed;
    4. During the use of the ordinary unloader, if the equipment has air leakage or ash leakage along the axial direction, the pressing cover can be tightened.
    5. If the unloading object has a large particle size and strong adhesion, it may cause overloading of the equipment, jamming or short circuit of the motor. This may result in equipment damage. It is recommended that users check and install overload protection devices in time.
    6. Before using the star unloader, open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain, and it should be checked regularly during operation; at the same time, apply suitable grease to the chain and sprocket;
    7. During the whole use process of the air-tight unloader, it is advisable to adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is greater than the pressure of the material in the valve body by 0.05MPa, and the gas is oil-free, dry compressed air;
    8. During the whole use process of the air-tight star unloader, the air source at the air-tight place always exists, and the air source can be turned off only after confirming that the equipment is out of operation;
