The reason for the damage of the dust filter bag
Common dust bag damage
The wear of the filter bag refers to the local wear caused by the repeated filtration and backflushing state switching, the bulging and shrinking of the cloth bag, the friction between the cloth bag and the dust removal skeleton or other components, or the scouring of the high-speed airflow during the use of the dust bag.
The burning of the dust filter bag is caused by the abnormally high temperature of the flue gas being processed, which is higher than the tolerance temperature of the filter material, so that the filter material in the high temperature part is damaged.
Filter bag corrosion is a chemical reaction of the filter material caused by harmful components in the flue gas, which can be divided into gas corrosion and liquid corrosion. Harmful gas components are more likely to cause damage to the filter bag in the presence of liquid.
Prevention and treatment of dust filter bag wear
Factors such as air volume, dust concentration, load balance, flue gas temperature and humidity, and corrosiveness of the dust removal system may cause damage to the dust removal bag. Abrasion is the most common type of dust bag damage.
There are four types of wear of the dust filter bag:
the mouth of the filter bag,
the body of the filter bag,
the lower part of the filter bag,
the bottom of the filter bag.
Broken on the mouth of the dust filter bag
Filter bag body middle and lower part broken
The wear of the bag body of the dust filter bag, if the damage is at the vertical ribs of the skeleton, it means that the vertical ribs of the bag cage cause the filter bag to be folded and broken, causing damage. Such wear can be resolved by replacing the bag cage or adjusting the blowing unit.
The lower part of the dust bag is worn
The outer wear of the lower part of the filter bag is more common within 300mm upwards from the bottom of the filter bag, and the wear is mostly on one side, the lower part is the most serious, and gradually decreases upwards. The local sewing thread will be worn off, and the sewing thread strength is good in the position that is not worn. This kind of wear is mostly caused by the deformation of the flower plate, the too small hole spacing, the deformation of the bag cage, and the long filter bag. Individual filter bags and dust collector box walls are damaged due to friction. Such damage requires strict inspection of the levelness of the decking and the use of well-made cages.
The lower part of the dust bag broken
The annular wear on the lower part of the filter bag is generally caused by the scouring of the filter bag by the dust-laden flue gas, indicating that the local airflow speed of the filter bag is fast. When one side of the filter bag is damaged, the smoke scours the damaged diagonal corner, causing the ring-shaped rupture of the filter bag.
The contact position between the lower part of the filter bag and the skeleton broken: because the diameter of the bottom cover of the skeleton and the skeleton is too different, the change range of the filter bag during cleaning and filtration is too large, and the skeleton is damaged by friction. Need to replace high-quality frame.
The bottom of the filter bag broken
The wear on the inner side of the bottom of the filter bag is more common when the bottom of the bag cage is too small or the filter bag is too long, and the bag cage can only be used to support part of the bottom of the bag. When the filter bag is switched between cleaning and filtration, the bottom of the filter bag is shaken, which causes the inner side of the filter bag to be worn.
